Helping leaders achieve their potential & enjoy richer lives
A holistic approach to improving your effectiveness and natural authority
Senior executive life is extraordinarily fulfilling whilst also being an intellectually and physically intense, emotional labour.
We are highly experienced executive and leadership coaches having helped 250 leaders over the last 10 years. We help leaders achieve their potential by becoming more effective and impactful in their roles, deriving greater enjoyment from their jobs and leading richer lives with reduced stress and anxiety.
The coaching process is founded upon the development of self-awareness and awareness of impact upon others. The coaching process that we follow therefore involves 360° interviews and psychometrics coupled with an appraisal of how life and career experiences are shaping the client’s leadership behaviour today.
Successful executive performance depends on effective management of three aspects of the person and the context within which they operate: System, Skills and Self. Below are some areas that typically come up in the coaching work:
System: Effective management of stakeholders (internal, external, upwards and across the organisation); articulation of and alignment upon vision and strategy; alignment upon priorities, resources and performance expectations; team effectiveness; structure and decision-making processes.
Skills: Executive vocabulary and communication skills; functional leadership skills; talent selection; coaching skills and the development of strategies for managing stakeholders.
Self: Understanding innate character strengths, developing presence and natural authority; understanding unhelpful reactions to stress; developing strategies to cope with stress and anxiety; health, wellbeing and balance.

We are former senior executives with outstanding track records as Managing Director / CEO and currently also serve as active non-executive board members. We consider this to be an important part of our coaching proposition and competence, keeping the coaching work “real” and offering a perspective from “the other side of the boardroom table”.
Years in the executive hot seat and thousands of hours around the board table and in coaching discussions gives us a unique blend of experience from a variety of scale and stakeholder environments, from Government to multi-national corporate, to UK Plc, private equity and private / founder owned.
