Our clients

Since 2015 we have supported over 100 leaders on their leadership journeys comprising CEOs, Managing Directors, Senior Partners and emerging leaders across a wide range of industry sectors.

In 2023 we supported 45 individuals in assignments typically lasting 6 to 12 months. Whilst our core remains senior leadership development, our client base has continued to grow and become more diverse, as has the type of mandate; with a growing emphasis on specific succession plans and assistance with team dynamics.

The most common coaching themes we have observed are strategy articulation and alignment, confronting conflict constructively and stakeholder relationships.

50%+ promoted or ready and all performing better 

We are pleased to say that over a half of those clients with a leadership development mandate have already been promoted or confirmed as ready for promotion or greater responsibility. The balance have all been reported by stakeholders as performing better in their roles.

CEOs on the up 

Our CEO coaching practice continues to grow with now 44% of our clients being CEOs (or MDs) in role or explicit mandates to prepare someone for promotion to CEO.

Increasing diversity

We coached 16 females (36%) of which about half were CEOs and the other half were specific leadership development mandates; a reflection of increased gender diversity at the senior level and impetus behind the development of more diverse executive committees.  20% of our clients were from what are considered to be ethnically diverse backgrounds.

100% with placements

We saw an increase in career transition support and are also pleased to say that all completed assignments have resulted in a placement.
